1. We framed the challenge

As part of the SUMAR project activities, several group dynamics were held with patients, healthcare professionals and healthcare managers/decision makers to identify the main experiences and factors related to RA. Multidisciplinary workshops were also held in order to define and agree, in an integrated manner, on the remission criteria and the appropriate roadmap for their implementation.
We collaborate with IESE CRHIM as facilitator for these group dynamics and workshops with several objectives:
  • break the ice,
  • encourage participation among participants,
  • enable rich, deep and even emotional conversations with patients,
  • to frame these conversations within a methodological framework,
  • obtain valid information and achieve concrete results in a limited time frame,
  • validate and prioritize information, proposals and data,
  • fostering a positive experience for workshop participants.

2. We co-created

We customized each workshop with the project team based on the attendees and the project objectives we wanted to cover in each phase.

3. The experience

We started the first meetings just before Covid. And we were able to adapt very quickly to the digital environment to conduct the online sessions, accompany the professionals to make them feel comfortable during the workshops and achieve efficient results even during the pandemic.

The level of interaction and participation always remained high and the project was able to progress well despite the complicated context.

The dynamics allowed to frame the conversations and to get many quality ideas in reduced times.
